As the field of sexual and domestic violence prevention advances and approaches new strategies, learning the key differences between strategies with similar names and approaches is crucial to success. Social norms change and social marketing campaigns are different yet sometimes overlapping terms that are used interchangeably. This web conference will draw on lessons from the tobacco prevention field to illustrate successful social norms change and social marketing campaigns, and the differences between them.
