Description: The Stalking Prevention, Awareness, & Resource Center (SPARC) is a federally funded project providing education and resources about the crime of stalking. As a comprehensive national resource center, SPARC assists multi-disciplinary professionals with information, resources, and policy and protocol development through local, regional, statewide, and national trainings and technical assistance. January is National Stalking Awareness Month so come learn more about SPARC and how SPARC can be a resource to you as an OVW grantee!
